-fantastic doctor who is very comfortable with MAOIs, not afraid of high doses or other “contraindicated” adjuncts like stim or TCA or both with MAOI.
-(at least for me) quite helpful daily email updates between weekly appts
-makes himself extremely available to Pts: Responds to email updates/ questions/ issues within minutes and happy to make on-the-spot adjustments if needed. Virtually more clinical attention than inpatient hospital doctors provide.
-no insurance taken and rather expensive, but IMO
